If you wish to make a claim, please follow the claim form which can be downloaded here: COMPLAINT FORM

Please send the package to us with a completed claim form.

Upon receipt of the claimed goods, we will contact you immediately by email or telephone. Please do not send the goods COD, in this case we cannot accept the package and it will be returned to you.
